Emir Galicia

Did you know that in 2018, 1 in every 6 Utahns changed residence?* Some did it to relocate out of state, others to upgrade and some to be Utah’s newest residents. I personally started calling Utah home 20 years ago, during those years, this beautiful state has seen me go from recent college graduate to a fulfilling career in finance in several different industries from pharma and commercial real estate to healthcare. My favorite spot is Playa del Carmen near Cancun, which I try to visit at least once a year.

My name is Meagan, I was born and raised in Utah. I’m a total country girl, I grew up spending the majority of my time outside. I love hiking, camping, dirt biking, riding horses and pretty much anything outdoors!

Fun fact, I was the first and only one in my family to do High School Rodeo. I love teaching riding lessons and training horses in my free time. I’ve always loved driving around looking at the different varieties of houses, which lead me to becoming a realtor. My goal is to find you a house that you love. I want you to have the best experience while buying or selling a house through me.

Blake Hardy

Since I graduated from the University of Utah with a Graphic Design degree at the turn of the century (Y2K), I began to develop my love for real estate. In order to put myself through college I was working selling electronics and also enrolling people in health insurance policies. During those years I would pick up additional summer income working construction for my uncle who was a general contractor building homes at the time.

My passion for Real Estate grew over time as I worked in every trade that home construction has to offer including: footings, foundations, spackling, framing, masonry, stucco, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sheetrock, painting, finished carpentry, and flooring. Because of this I have an extremely strong understanding of home structures, and can easily spot problems that could cost you thousands of dollars down the road. My passion for Real Estate continues to grow to this day. I became a licensed Realtor in 2005, and later got my Broker’s license in 2012. For the past 16 years, I’ve assisted over 200 families with solving their Real Estate concerns. I strive to provide high-quality, personalized service to each and every person I work with. I have steadily increased my production each year and continue to receive referrals from the wonderful people I have been blessed to help. Every real estate contract has its own story. ¡Hola! I am Jonathan Crawford from Hallmark Real Estate Company. ¿Hablas español? ¡No hay problema! I did my BA degree in Spanish thinking that it would be useful and now here I am! I am originally from Western Washington where it rains a lot. It was great, but I am now happy to be somewhere else completely different. In 2013 I moved to the great mountainous state of Utah. I love this historic area with sunny skies, national parks, and plenty of hiking. While I am not a skier, I do love the mountains and the great outdoors. During my free time I enjoy teaching Spanish, exercising, boxing, playing with my kids and other fun activities. I also love real estate!

What I love most about real estate is going out, talking to customers, and looking at houses. Researching properties and looking up information like CC&R’s, easements, encroachments, and other important matters is also curiously intriguing to me. Tristan Young

When I was young, I began combining my love of basketball with saving money. My parents had given me a small hoop that doubled as a piggy bank. It was transparent, and seeing that money grow was addicting. I began to read all I could about real estate, investing, and best credit practices so that when I grew up I would never fall victim to debt. I continued to play sports, namely basketball and martial arts, and pursued my education in Sports Conditioning and Nutrition. I continue to work two full-time jobs with my Nutrition company Forever Young Physique, and fulltime in Real Estate simply because I enjoy these two fields so much!

My name is Theresa Steele and I am originally from sunny South Africa. I have two children: a son, who still lives in South Africa, and a daughter, who now lives in Australia. Although I was sad to leave my home and my family behind I was excited to start a new life in the United States of America. Anthony Miller

My name is Anthony Miller. I was born and raised here in this great state of Utah. I am someone who seeks out adventure. I love being able to have the freedom to jump on a plane and go explore a new city, meeting people along the way. I have been lucky enough to be able to travel to Barcelona, Spain, a few different cities throughout France and Italy, as well as explore other cities in Europe like Geneva, Switzerland, and Munich, Germany, while finishing my Bachelor’s in International Studies. I have also been able to do some traveling throughout the US and worked in Alaska for a few months. While traveling, I have been able to meet and converse with people from all walks of life and hear their origin story. In talking with these people, I have been able to listen to their stories and dreams that they have for the future.

Hello everyone! I knew I wanted to do real estate since I was in high school. I played baseball at Utah Valley University for 4 years and got my license as soon as I graduated. I received my digital marketing degree and knew I could leverage that in this industry.

One of my favorite things to do is make websites for homes and run ads for them on social media. Playing division 1 baseball for 4 years really taught me how to be a great teammate. Adam is a survivor, from surviving a broken neck and emergency lifesaving surgery that left a 9-inch scar on his abdomen to fighting through a debilitating disability daily (try saying that three times fast). I was born and raised in California then migrated to Utah with my family 10 years ago after first living in Nebraska for 5 years. Prior to making the decision to get my real estate license, my work history evolved around working over seven years with at-risk youth programs in Nebraska and Utah. Although I thrived in my position working with that population, I decided to switch occupations and was hired as an assistant property manager over a 112 unit apartment complex.

Within six months I was promoted to the property manager where I have worked for the past six years. Approximately two years ago I was struck with the idea of obtaining my real estate license. It wasn't just the idea of a new career but I consider myself a social butterfly and this would give me the opportunity to make new connections, become a vital part of the community in Salt Lake, as well as meet new people I would probably not otherwise get to meet. In my current position, no day is the same with some flexibility. I believe I can still have that type of day as a real estate agent.
